We are an enterprise spesialised in improving the entire supply chain performance aided by highly effective training and software solutions. Our personnel has 30 years’ experience in developing the logistics and purchasing processes of large and middle-sized companies.

The Logisticar concept is based on the 9-class ABC concept we developed on the basis of Pareto’s 80/20 rule. The application areas include purchasing, sales, management, inventory and production management, employee time allocation and vendor-managed inventories within the customer premises. Our main customer industries are importing and wholesale companies, retail chains, manufacturing and assembling industry, including spare parts and maintenance units operated by industrial companies.
The purpose of the Logisticar operating model is to enhance our customers’ supply chain management in such a way that it contributes to a significant improvement in our customers’ profits – and, if desired, we are ready to give an up-to-100% guarantee on profit improvement.
Logisticar software has been in production use since 1995. The Logisticar operating model has been applied in practice with great success by Mr. Pekka Räisänen, the founder of the company, since the outset of the 1980s.
The Logisticar software package we have developed is an essential part of the operating model that we offer.
The software is continuously developed, and 30% of the Logisticar staff works with product development. Moreover, Logisticar offers education and training (both user training and more general education – e.g. purchase-related courses). To date, we have trained approximately 15 000 materials and production management professionals, 2 200 sales professionals and 500 senior managers!
The user base of Logisticar operating model continues to grow both domestically and abroad. We already operate in 28 countries and on all continents. The importance of good supply chain management is still growing and we believe that it will substantially expand the opportunities for Logisticar.
